What You Need To Know
A Full Day Fishing!
(Half days available)
We start at the crack of dawn and fish until the sun goes down (or until you can't cast anymore!) We will explore a variety of different spots in the area and ensure you catch that majestic Brown Trout or the acrobatic Rainbow Trout you've been craving! Collected from your accommodation and dropped off at the end of the day, you can truly focus on the fishing.
All Fishing Tackle & Waders Included!
We offer fly fishing and lure fishing and both work well throughout the year. Dry fly is our main focus but we will also nymph and streamer fish depending on the time of year. We tend to use 4-6wt fly rods with floating line and 2g-10g lure rods on a variety of larger and smaller rivers. All fishing tackle is included in addition to waders. (You are more than welcome to bring your own!)
So Many Species To Catch!
Hokkaido is home to various species, both native and none native. You'll find Rainbow Trout & Brown Trout growing to huge sizes (Inexcess of 80cm!) You7ll be able to find native species like Iwana & Amemasu (White Spotted Char), Yamame (Cherry Trout) and Ugui (Japanese Dace). All keen to take a fly or a lure! Hokkaido is home to such variety!
Transfers & Transportation
We offer collection and drop off on the day of your tour within the Niseko area. Please let us know where you are staying so we can get on the river as quickly as possible. We guide on a variety of rivers in the Niseko area and often we are only 20-30 minutes drive from our fishing grounds.

Our Recommendation
Niseko is a great location to fish for just for the day, but to real experience the quality of fishing we suggest multiple days! 2-3 days is a nice amount of time to experience the amazing fishing we have here!
